Which service do I attend?
We have two services on Sundays: 8:30 & 11 a.m.  Our services are identical from our announcements, to our worship songs to the sermon, so choose what time works best for you.  Each service lasts about 75 minutes.  Our nursery is open in all services.  If you have infants or toddlers you can drop them off at the nursery prior to the service.  Our Junior Church program for age 3 ½ to grade 2 happens during our worship services and children will be dismissed after singing.  If you have any questions our Lake View Central desk is staffed with volunteers ready to help you find what you need.

What do you do for kids?
Our children’s ministry is designed for children birth–grade 6.  We create safe, high-energy environments for kids to connect with other children and adults with the goal of helping them begin a relationship with Jesus and become more like Him.  Our staff and volunteers have had background clearances prior to serving within our children’s ministry.  For more detailed information about our children’s ministry, head over to our Children’s Ministry page.

What should I wear?
Some churches are very formal and others are more casual.  At Lake View Church, we are somewhere in the middle.  People dress in a variety of clothing styles ranging from dresses to slacks and from suits to jeans.  Some of our facilities look like a church (like our sanctuary) while others look more like a community center or school.  The bottom line is that we want people to come as they are so they can hear the truth of God’s Word and not worry about the external issues that people often focus on when they go to church.
